How to easily increase font size (an of entire process map...?
Hi,
I have put together a process map with many activities/decision points, triggers etc. Having finished the process map, I have noticed that the font size has defaulted to size 8- so it's difficult to read when printed. If I select all and increase the font size, the text on many of the activities/decision points comes out of the associated boxes and looks scruffy. Does anyone know of an easy way to increase the font size whilst also increasing the associated shape so that it fits the new text...? Any help gratefully appreciated! |

Depending on the shape it should attempt to resize to accommodate the text
however after a certain point it will not make the adjustment. You could try creating a style with the desired text size, line etc however it will still take some experimenting to see if it will resolve your issue. In general the more objects you place on the page that contain text such as organization shapes and workflow objects it becomes difficult to maintain a legible font size on small sheets of paper. Another options would be to move to a larger paper size then adjust the font so that it is large enough view. -- James Wittrell Microsoft Support "kippers" wrote: Hi, I have put together a process map with many activities/decision points, triggers etc. Having finished the process map, I have noticed that the font size has defaulted to size 8- so it's difficult to read when printed.
