Office 2003 MST Install
I am using the MST to push out Office 2003 to our clients. In the MST file,
I want to sent up the User Info, that you see when you Open Tools\Options. I want this info to be filled in with the machine name, which we already set to the User of the Computer. On the 23 Page of the MST Creation (Modify setup Properties) under the Property name I added a Field called USERNAME and for the Value I placed %UserNmae%, this did not work. After you push the MST, the User Information shows that the User is %UserName%. This is not want I am trying to achive... Thanks in advance. Michael |

Leave the username field blank, it will pick up the logged on user name when
it installs. |
