Default New and reply to task bar

Windows XP Home, all updates installed. Outlook Express 6. Clean system.
When one clicks on either new message or reply, the window that should open,
appears minimized on the task bar.

Any ideas?

Right click on the minimized message on the Taskbar and select Move. Now use
the arrow keys to get it in the screen. Close all other windows except this
one and use the cursor to drag the message to full screen size. File | Exit,
and Windows will remember the size when you open it again.
