Default Filter by Form query will not populate fields

I just converted from A97 to 2002. When a user runs a
query, she was able in A97 to do a Filter by Form on the
query, and the fields would populate with the available
values for her to select as the query parameter value. The
2002 query only fills in IsNull or IsNotNull, but no
values. I resolved the issue in the forms by
selecting "Always" in the Filter Lookup Property of the
field, but can't find anything similar in the query
properties. What do I need to do to get the same
functionality in 2002 I had in 97?
Thanks for any help.

This was answered in another group where you posted. (I think it was
conversion). Please don't multi-post.

Sorry, kind of knew that I sinned as I did it, but got to
think that I had maybe posted it in the wrong group in the
first place. Thank you for mentoring me through the
process in any newsgroup where I posted. I have learned so
much, as I always do through the newsgroups.
Thanks again
