There is no way that would not be a lot more trouble than pressing Ctrl+End
or Shift+F5. You can record a macro to do either of those and name it AutoOpen, which will make it run when you open the document. The problem is that, if you save the macro in the document, you'll have extra clicks because you'll get a macro warning and have to answer it. And if you save the macro in Normal.dot, it will affect every document you open--probably not what you want. -- Suzanne S. In Excel, select the graph and press Ctrl+C to copy it to the Windows clipboard. Switch to Word. Click on the place in the Word document where you want the Excel graph to be inserted. Click on Edit | Paste Special | Paste link: Excel object.
