Default Upgrading from Outlook express 6 to outlook 2000

If it is not recognizing the accounts that are in Outlook Express then the
easiest way would be to manully look at the account information in Outlook
Express and create the accounts from scratch in Outlook. If you need
assistance with how to do this let me know and I can send you some steps.

I hope this information is helpful.
