Default Outlook Personal Folder Backup

Installed the Personal Folder Backup downloaded from the
web. I have two profiles on the computer. The backup
installs on one profile the other one it does not. I
tried to to run the profile that it did not install on
and I get the message Personal Folder Backup already
installed. It is not on the drop down list.

When you install the PF Backup utility, it should be available in all
profiles from the File menu. What version of Outlook are you using?

I am having a similar problem. I am unable to install

in a particular profile. Can install in a local user
profile but not my domain user profile. I am using
Office 2003 professional, all the latest upgrades have
been installed.
