Auto Correct or Edit Replace

I am a frustrated new user of Outlook 2007. In my Outlook 2003, I was able to
set up either Auto Correct or Replace, so that when I typed a certain word,
Outlook would insert what I wanted to have replace that word. In 2003, the
replacement text was about 6 lines long, which included my name, address,
etc., etc, and the feature worked very well.
In Outlook 2007, I can find my way to Auto Correct and also Replace, but I
am unable to use more than one line of Auto Correct or Replacement text. When
I type out the first line of text and hit enter, in an attempt to go to the
next line (to enter more text), my original line is registered as the new
Auto Correct or Replace text.

I realize there is a signature feature, but I do not always want that
information appearing on all of my e-mails, only when I type the one word
that I then want to
be expanded into multiple lines of text. Any help you can provide in
assisting me with accomplishing the same feat in 2007 as I was able to
achieve in 2003 would be appreciated. I have discovered that I also am
having the very same issue in Word 2007, but in 2003, again it worked just
fine.

When


You can use the Signature features in Outlook to include your details and
they don't have to be in every email. You can select the emails and enter
the details manually on the messages you want them to appear.

I suggest type Signature in the Help window and the full instructions will
pop out for you to create the signature and to select whether it is manual
or automatic etc. The help file is quite comprehensive in this respect.
