Outlook doesn't require an Exchange Server to work. If you are a home/small
bus user that works with POP3/IMAP accounts offered by your ISP, Outlook
works fine.

Can you tell us which version of Microsoft Office/Outlook you have installed
so we can point you in the right direction on how to setup Outlook to work
with your preferred account type?
