words get hidden under items
When i create a diagram in Visio, the pictures are fine, but the
wording that i enter under each picture is the problem. What happens is, that while i am typing the quote for the product type i can see the lettering just fine, but when i click out of that typing box the letters get blurred out to the point where you cant see them, all that you see is dots covering the letters but the picture is fine. if i enlarge the picture to many times over the 100% viewing the words come in, but i need them to show at 100% when i am working and when someone else views the diagrams when i send them out Everything was fine up until a few days ago and now everything is wacked out. I tried detect and repair, no luck, trine uninstalling, rebooting, than reinstalling the program, but i still get the same problem I am using Visio 2003 Thank you |

Not sure how you're adding the text. Did you select the picture and then
start typing? That typically puts text below the picture, and, as your entering the text, Visio probably zoomed in to allow visibility. Once you click out, Visio goes to normal display zoom level. If the text is very small compared to the page size, it will appear as an array of dots. This might happen if you have a large page size or extemely small font size. If the font size is appropriate for reading on a large hardcopy, then, it's just a viewing / display issue. If the font size is too small for even the hardcopy, try increasing it. It sounds to me as if you got this set to a very high value It's nothing to do with the Greek language, it's just printing jargon for making very small text into blobs, called greeking. -- Regards, Paul Herber, Sandrila Ltd.
