Default Phantom data sources - how to delete?

Data sources show up in the "Refresh Data" window that are no longer
accessible. When I "refresh all" I get error messages for each of them and
need to click "skip." I have linked the shapes to other data sources and just
want to delete these from the list. There is no "delete" function that I can
find - only "add' and "configure" - and "configure" gives the same error.

Can you see the data source tabs in the External Data window? If so, you
can right click on a tab and choose to "Remove" the data source.
Note that you may have to scroll to see all of the tabs if you have many
linked data sources
