"Shannon" wrote in message ... Use a photo editing program (of which there is none in Microsoft Office) and overwrite the area with like neighboring colors. If it doesn't matter to you you can always put a colored box over the date to obliterate it after inserting the picture into whatever Office program you happen to be using.
