Default Missing Product Key

I had to reinstall all my programs after a virus issue and I do not have my
Office product key. I do however have the disc and the receipt of purchase (I
believe I also registered my program). Is there anyway to ask MS how to get
my product code without being charged $99.95?

Thank you for your response. I have/had been to that page many times. When I
click activate it again asks for my 25 letter product code. I click that I
will no be entering it now and it just goes back to the activation center,
but does not give me a phone number or way to contact MS about my product
key. Am I missing something? Thank you!

Thank you for your response. I have followed these steps many times for
damaged or lost product keys. The problem I am having is when I go into an
Office program option menu where the resources are listed and click the
activate button, the 'enter your product key' screen comes up. Since i do not
have a product key and my 25 uses are all used up it will not let me proceed
into the activation wizard. Any thoughts or ideas from this point?

It actually worked. Off shore operator sent me to the wrong place and I was
on hold for 2.5 hours but finally used my cell phone, re-called and got the
right people in seconds - had the email with the key moments later.

your product key. NOW PUT IT SOMEWHERE SAFE AND REMEMBER WHERE.

This worked! I had a new key within 10 minutes. I can't tell you how happy I
am. Seriously, you are a life saver! I wasted so much time trying to work
this out. I could have bought a new program considering what my time is
worth. Thank you thank you thank you!
