Default TROUBLE WITH CD TRACKS

hey need to know how to put a second cue for a second cd track in a presentation. I want to put it halfway through the slides after the first has stopped I cannot figure it out when I insert the new track and set it to end at the last slide it ends after the slide i put it on changes or the slide does not change (it is automated ) what do I do to correct this
