Default Formulas not automatic

I have some formulas that I have dragged down from other
cells and they do not automatically calculate. What I
mean by that is the formula is based on the data entered
in another cell and when I put the data in that other
cell, my cell with the formula stays blank. The catch is
that if you go into the cell with the formula, and hit
enter at the end of the formula bar, it calculates. Does
anyone know what I'm missing?

Thanks.
