Default Profile Wizard not functioning as intended

Using the Custom Installation Wizard, I created a simple
profile to put 'Toolbars on two rows' and change one
button on the toolbar for Office 2003 Professional.

The profile works for Excel and PowerPoint but will not
under any circumstances work for Word.

On many occasions we have re-installed the image to the
network. Several times we have re-created the MST and OPS
files from scratch only to end up with the same outcome.

We used the same technique to create an Office 2003
Standard install w/ profile and it rolls out with
absolutely no problems at all.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ken
