Default All tools not visible

When I open my database (.mdb) in design mode. Many tools are invisible or
disabled. When I click on the Office button, up in left corner, I only see
"Close database" and "Close access".

Thanks in behalf for any help.

Default All tools not visible

Did you create this or did someone else? The startup options could be set to
not allow default menus.
