Default Backing up your Contacts

Hi,
I'm new to these newsgroups. Can anyone tell me how to back up only
my Contacts, just in case my computer crashes and I loose everything.
Thank You

Default Backing up your Contacts

Normally one backs up all Outlook data since all Outlook data is in the same
file and your Contacts are connected to other Outlook items. Any special
reason you feel you need to do things differently?
