gene,
This should have been documented at the time of installation. Are all your
workstations like this? What if you have a major problem and have to
reinstall Office on various machines?

chris, i am looking for the product id on the install cd,
i have the id on the computer. i wrote the computer s/n
on the letterbox of each installation. it seems one of
our employees tried to fix his computer himself and may
have mixed up the cd from different boxes.

thanks, gene
