What would the formula be so that if a vaule is exceeded
it would change the color of the value.

lets say if the vaule is 75% or greater you would want the
color of this valus to change to "red"

Thanks for any help

Hi

Go to Format / Conditional Formatting.
Select Formula is in the first box and type =A2110*0.75
(if your cell is A2 and the value is 75% of 110)
You can then set the format as you wish
