Outlook 2002/Exchange 2000 Free/Busy time limitation
We are running Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000. When
attempting to schedule a meeting with others, the free/busy time does not display more that a two month window, going from the first day of the current month until the last day of the next month (May 1 - June 30, 2004 in this case). Is this a setting in Outlook or Exchange that can be changed? Or is there a patch for this? Thanks! -Michael |

We had the same problem as this - do you know how and/or
if you can push this out globally across a network? As it is a real pain to have to go to each PC and set this. -----Original Message----- Go to Tools Options Select Calendar Options Select Free Busy lower left corner Look at the publish box, you can change that up to 36 monhs. . |
