blank sheet in excel

When I open an excel file the status of the file is Ready
but there is a blank sheet. All possible options: hide,
inhide sheet and window, sheet protection are checked, but
the problem with a file exist. The problem is for some
time. Sometimes the file can be opened.

Any ideas how to fix?
