Hi:

I have created a report based on a query. When I run the report, it's
blank. If I run the query behind the report the data is there. There is no
criteria in the query.
I am using Access 2007. Any ideas?

Open the report in design view, and set the report's Filter On Load property
to No.

This is a new property in A2007. If it's set to Yes, then whatever filter
was previously saved gets applied again when you open the report, which may
result in no matches.

Hi Allen:

The filter on load is already set to no. the funny thing is I have a sum in
the footer which is calculating. Also, I created another report on this same
query and it works fine.

I was having so many issues trying to post on the Microsoft forum site.....Is
anyone else have trouble posting to these forums? I keep getting a service
is temporarily unavailable error.

If the sum in the footer is calculating, perhaps you have set the Visible
property of the Detail section to No.
