Default "Enter Parameter Value" dialogue boxes

I can't figure out why when I open my database the "Enter Parameter
Value" dialogue boxes for the Date From and Date To textboxes appear
on the screen.

These textboxes are the criteria for the CallDate field and are
contained in a SubForm on the Main form.

I don't get. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your time!

I think there's an error in your SQL statement. Look carefully at all the
characters (alphabets and symbols), maybe you left something out.

The form probably is in the startup or Autoexec macro.
