Default chart size

how to adjust chart size to be exact size i want? and how to force exel to
print it in this size.
i have created some makro which prescribes size of 16cm to the chart, but in
quick wiev the size is different(printable area of A4 paper set on 16 cm), in
print as well. how the size of column affect printable area of paper?
exporting the chart in Word it works, the size is as i want, but not able to
print it directly from Exel.
