Default Public Folder Calendar Free/Busy Time

Hello, I have created a public folder calendar for our conference room. We can schedule usage directly within the calendar, but are unable to see free/busy time if we schedule a meeting from within our own calendar. I receive the "No Information. No Free/Busy information could be retrieved." I would like for users to be able to schedule the room at the same time they are scheduling the meeting, instead of having to manually check the shared calendar, and manually adding the entry to the calendar.

Public folders don't publish free/busy time except through Outlook 2002/2003
group calendar items. Use a mailbox instead. See
