Default Install Quickbooks

Obviously, I don't know how to get help. I just upgraded
to XP home edition and can't install Quickbooks. Msg
says, "This appl has failed to start because msjava.dll
was not found". I tried to reinstall it but same msg.
Can anyone tell me what to do? I seldom use Quickbooks,
but when I need it, I need it. I just can't pay their
tech chgs for this.
You can tell I'm a novice, right?

Jane,
You did not post what version of QuickBooks, so its kinda hard to help. You can search he
http://www.quickbooks.com/support/
Enter your product and version, as well as the error message you posted.

Since this is not an Office, but Windows XP installation issue, you could post here for better results:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/e...e/default.mspx
Scroll down to the paragraph that mentions communities. There are many there who will help if they can.
