Default MS Outlook 97 Contacts copy to Windows ME Outlook 2000

I have Outlook Contacts in an older machine (Windows 95,
Outlook 97) I would like to transfer to newer machine
(Windows ME, Outlook 2000. How do I do it?

Default MS Outlook 97 Contacts copy to Windows ME Outlook 2000

The file you need to copy and reuse is your Personal Folders file (*.pst)
It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
