Default Using motion path but have the motion stay on the slide

I want to draw a crayon line that will stay on the slide
once the line is drawn. Now when I draw the line
in "motion path" I see a dot moving across the screen. I
want the line to leave a trail.

Ellen,

You will have to do this with a full graphic as it will look completed. Then
you will have to "Wipe" it in the direction you want to draw it. Animating a
dot will not leave any sort of trace on the screen. I hope that makes sense.
