Default "This result set is not updateable. (Error 3326)"

I recieve the following messge trying to update my Access 03 Form. The form's
source is a linked query that contains two tables. Thanks for the assist.

"This result set is not updateable. (Error 3326)"

Did you use the help files? They have a great deal of detail concerning
what makes a query updateable.
