Hi

When I'm using outlook 2003 free/busy option, I cannot see other people
free/busy information and receive the message: "No free/busy information
could be retrieved".
Note: I can see other people free/busy information when I'm looking at the
web interface of free/busy but not through outlook meeting/appointment,
also, other people can see mine and they authorized me or used the All
option

*Hi, I am having the same problem, has anyone been able to resolve
this issue? *

Yes I have and its a two part fix depending on your Exchange System
Architecture.

In my case moved users from Server1 to Server2 and since move no
schedule free busy available

On Server2 open System Manager go to AdminGroup which has folders,
select to view system folders, add a replica of Server2 to itself and
send contents

On Server1 open System Manager go to AdminGroup which has folders,
select to view system folders, add a replica of Server1 to itself and
send contents

wait for full replication

Check that the LegacyExchangeDN is correct for all users moved i.e this
can also cause authenitcation issues

Good luck
