Default Custom animation/Emphasis/custom spin

Hi,

I cannot get Custom Spin to stop at a custom angle. It keeps defaulting to
mutiples of 90 degrees. For example, I would like an object to spin 35
degrees.

Any thoughts? I'm using 2003 (11.55...)

Thanks.

Select the Spin effect.
Click on the Amount dropdown menu.
Select Custom.
Key in 35 and press Enter.
Hope it helps.

Exactly as Tolhz says but I see people make this mistake many times (and I
can see why) you must press ENTER not just click with the mouse

Thanks for the quick response. That works.
However, as John Wilson correctly states, the key is pressing ENTER, not
just using the mouse which, for some reason does not work.

Thanks to both you and John. This is my first time in a PPT discussion
group and I'm impressed. Much appreciated.

John,
Thanks so much. ENTER was the key! I'm not sure why the mouse click does
not do it, but ENTER does. Thanks a lot. I teach with a lot of images and
it's nice to be able to orient them precisely. Keep up the great work.

Cheers.
