Mail addressed to To and CC are two separate emails.
You should delete Rule 1, 2, and 4.

Rule 1 should be
Where the mail is from Dee account
Move to Dee folder
Stop processing more rules.

Rule 2 should be
Where the mail is from Lee account
Move to Lee folder
Stop processing more rules.

I honestly don't know if OE can do this, but............

For the rule that is not working, make the action to Copy to the second
folder. Also check Stop processing more rules.

Put this rule second right under the rule that is working. For the rule that
is working, try it with Stop processing more rules checked, and unchecked.

Your problem is you are using the wrong rules.

Mail addressed to To and CC are two separate emails.
You should delete Rule 1, 2, and 4.

Rule 1 should be
Where the mail is from Dee account
Move to Dee folder
Stop processing more rules.

Rule 2 should be
Where the mail is from Lee account
Move to Lee folder
Stop processing more rules.

To whom are you replying? Not everyone here is using the web-interface to
access this newsgroup. To keep track of things, it helps immensely if you
include all of previous message(s) in your replies to the newsgroup. Thank
you.

*You* will have to solve *your* problem by using the references I've given
you and simple logic.

Furthermore, I will not monitor both this newsgroup thread and your forum
thread to assist you. Pick one.
