If any one sending mail to b@ and cc to a@. then both mails are going to
b_mail folder.it should be come one mail to a@'s inbox.
and second question , if any one sending to bcc to b@ mail id. it should be

Default Outlook Express with mail rule problem

If you have two accounts and not just aliases for one account, then you only
need one rule.
Do you have two different passwords?
Where email is from specified account, move to specified folder.
Change specified account to b@
Change specified folder to b_mail

First, create a local folder to be used as a second Inbox and name it
anything you want. (Inbox-2)? Use this for one of the accounts, and the
default Inbox for the other.

Then create a message rule.

Where the message is from the specified account.
Move it to the specified folder & Stop processing more rules.
Click on: Specified Account and enter the account name for the second Inbox.
Click on: Specified Folder and select the folder you created.
Name the rule.

Move this rule to the top of the rules list and the incoming messages will
be separated into their respective folders.

You should only have one rule.
Where email is from specified account, move to specified folder.
I forgot it should be move to specified folder and Stop processing more
rules.
It should be the first rule.
