Default system cannot recognise the 25-character product quote

My laptop crash about a month ago. I had to re-load the microsoft office
2007. However, I am stuck with a problem - whenever I am prompted for the
25-character product code which is found on package, it keeps telling me that
the code is wrong.

Can someone help me out here? Thanks a mil.

It is hard to help you with this from here. Make sure you are using the same
CD as the sticker indicates on the package. So if your sticker indicates
that this is a retail version of Microsoft Office 2007 Standard, then you
should also use a retail CD of Microsoft Office 2007 Standard.

If you continue to have issues then you'll need to contact Microsoft as we
cannot supply you any new licensing key or CD-kit or something similar.

Good luck!
