Hi all,
When I open my adress-book in Outlook every e-mail adrress has data in the field "Full name" ,however when I export this list or when I link it to my access database the data in "Full name" is nowhere to be found? The Outllook address book is simply a filtered view of Contacts (those that
have a mail address or fax) Allthough this may depend on the version of Outllook which you dont mention "Earl.AKA J.Alladien in access forum!!" Earl.AKA J.Alladien in access wrote in message ... Hi Diane,
One problem with copyto excel is that you can't do this for the Message field. I assume copy/paste uses the paragraph symbol for end of field and thus if you include the Message field in the copy/paste into excel, each line of the Message field is pasted as a separate row. Any other way to do this and include the Message field? "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: make a custom view with the fields you need and copy - then paste into notepad or where ever.
