How do I create layers/collage in picture manager?
You cannot do this in the Picture Manager. You can re-size your images in the Picture
Manager, save and insert them into another program such as Word and arrange them into your 4 x 6 collage. www.irfanview.com will create thumbnails, it is a free application. Get the plug-ins too. -- Mary Sauer MSFT MVP http://office.microsoft.com/ http://msauer.mvps.org/ news://msnews.microsoft.com "KT" wrote in message ... How do I create layers/collage in picture manager?
Thank you! I used picture manager to do the cropping and enhancements and
then copied them into powerpoint and was able to do exactly what I wanted to do! However, now I am stumped ... I have created a collage and would like to print this like a regular (4" x 6") photograph. I'm not sure (at all) how to do this! Can anyone help? Make sure you start a new Powerpoint file before doing this, or your pictures
will get stretched. Use the Page Setup menu to make the new page size 4" x 6". Copy the collage into this file, resize it so it fills up the whole page, and print it on 8.5" x 11" photo paper. I don't know how your printer works, but you probably will be fine telling your printer to print on letter paper. (It's kind of a guess and test thing.) You will have to cut it to size, so make sure you know where the edges of the collage are. "KT" wrote: Thank you!
