How do I put my text at the top of the cell instead of the bottom?

Default How do I put my text at the top of the cell instead of the bottom?

I know how to format cells, but I can't figure out how to move the text to
the top of the cell with space at the bottom instead of just starting at the
bottom and wraping it with space at the top of cell. Any help would be great
thanks.
