Default Re-loading Office XP Pro (OEM)

I've used Office XP Pro (OEM) in my old PC. I've installed it in my new PC
but am unable to get it authorized. Is there a way to transfer the license
from the old machine to my new PC? If so, how do I go about it?

Not if it's an OEM I'm afraid, that is tied to the original machine that it
is installed on.......
