Default Search my question lost in the long list

Sometimes when I ask question, I forget to tick the bottom tick box 'Notify
me of replies' As the list of questions grows continuously, I find it
difficult to locate my question. As a solution I used the trick (which I use
it very often in other applicationis and very used to it) to put the
characters ' !! ' at end of my question. Later on I gave a search for these
characters. To my surprise it did not give any results. This is the first
time I have encountered failure to search with this trick.
Any suggestion ?
Also : How to archieve the past questions ? when at a later date I gave
search for key words, it did not locate my question as probably lot of other
questins have been heaped on my question and the search utility does not dig
deep enogh

If you are going to use these newsgroups a lot, (and they are newsgroups
that happen to have a web access facility) then I would urge you most
strongly to set up a Newsreader to do so. You will find it far better than
wading through the clunky web access.

Have a look he

Gordon:
The link to the newsgroup explains how to set-up an account but only refers
to Outlook Express. Would the same steps be taken for Outlook 2002?

Outlook by itself can't "do" newsgroups - if you click on the "News" menu
item, it opens Outlook Express in Outlook Newsreader mode - so yes, the
steps are the same!
