Default Can't see graphics

I can't see any pics or logos in the messages I receive. Noticed the same on
some web pages I go on. Should I be switching something on in the tools
menu, or something? Any suggestions welcome, thank you.

Tools | Options | Read
Uncheck Read all messages in plain text.

If that isn't it then Tools | Options | Security
Uncheck the option to block external content.
