Default How to attach files from My Pictures?

Or more specifically what's the best way to attach a reduced size pic from
My Pictures?

I know I can go to My Pics, highlight the pics I want to send as attachments
then right click/Send To/Mail Recipient/Make all my pictures Smaller/OK and
then complete a mail message....
....but lets say I've prepared an e-mail message with all bits completed and
THEN decide I wish to attach a few pics, and, as all my pics are large size,
wish to reduce the sizes...what's the best way?
Thanks.

In Create Mail, you can either choose: InsertPictureBrowse to the
correct folderClick OpenOK. Which will put the picture in the
message body. Or, InsertFile AttachmentBrowse to the correct
folderClick OpenOK. This will put it at the end of the message.

As for the size, the picture has to be resized *before* you insert
it. This is done with a photo imaging program. if you don't have one,
there is a free photo imaging download called InfranView he

TVM. No, as I said I can resize ok BEFORE insertion.
So it seems I can't do what I hoped I could do.

Inch for inch, clicking *Make all my pictures Smaller* does not
change the outcome on the recipients end.
