Default outlook.pst

Does the above contain emails received and sent by Outlook? Or is it in
another pst file? I use AOL but want to move my friends email used in Outlook
to his new laptop. Both machines use Outlook 2000 with XP.
When I move from one machine to another, what are the steps in making sure
that this works like it should?

Is Outlook 2000 configured in Internet Mail Only or Corporate/Workgroup
mode? (See Help About Microsoft Outlook. Look right under the product
name/version number to see what mode Outlook is in.)

Says "No Email". How can I configure Outlook to read the emails? Thank you.

In this case, open Outlook and select File Open Personal Folders. If
you wish to set the old pst as the default, right click on Personal Folders
(the one that doesn't have Outlook Today next to it) and select Properties.
If memory serves me right, there is a checkbox right at the bottom about
making it the default delivery location. Select OK and restart Outlook.
You will need to answer yes to the question about resetting the Outlook Bar.
