Default problem converting report from Access 2003 to 2007

I have just converted a database from Access 2003 to Access 2007, and for
some reason the formatting of some of the reports has gone haywire. The
height for some of the sections has increased to 22", and I cannot change it.
I have set "can shrink" to yes, I have tried setting "auto height" to no and
to yes (it made no difference), I have used the "remove extra report space"
option, and there are definitely no controls in the expanded space. However,
I cannot drag the section margin up, and I cannot over-write the height
setting in the properties pane. It is only some of the reports, and only
some of the sections. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can fix
this, other than re-writing my reports?
