Where the From line contains people
Move it to the specified folder & Stop processing more rules

Click in Contains and add @microsoft.com
Click on Specified Folder and select the folder you want.

You may need to move this to the top of your rules list.

In general:

Have all rules that divert mail to folders first.

Delete it from server next.

All others last.

Make sure that every rule also has Stop processing more rules checked,
unless that option is grayed out.

Thanks, I was hoping that worked as I get email from different people at the
same company address.

What Bruce said.

Note the SPAM sent "from" a address may end up in that
folder, too.

It does for me, but it's generally pretty easy to recognize.

It's all explained in the links I gave you.

Where the From line contains people
Delete it from server

Click on Contains People and Add the address. Look in the message source for
the correct address. You have @* and @*. both. I would try just entering
bestnextonn.com and see if that works.
