Default PP .pps to HTML no music

I have a .pps slides show of 19 pictures and a background music and it _play beautifully in PP_ and I would like to upload it to
my website as HTML file. To test it I click File Web Page Preview and upon changing to 2nd slides the music stop?? I even tried
to Save As Web Page and the same problem --- no continues music.

What is your fix --- Thanks In Advance!

Great presentation, Michael! I knew there was a solution! You're the best! I'll try this ASAP! And yes, I'm using PT version
10.2605.2605 --- don't know if it'll works? Thanks Very Much! (finger crossed!)

Oh yeah, the web page of Kathy Jacobs cannot be found. Thanks again!

I knew many NG are using it & because nowadays everyone are more capable --- they're using the same computers & software we're
using
Using Plain Text will always hold our progress --- delay our understanding and lengthen our postings

Default PP .pps to HTML no music

Hi Michael,
I think I found a minor error in red:

BGSOUND src=“Love Is Blue.wma"loop=infinite
BGSOUND src=“Love Is Blue.wma" loop="infinite"
I did tried both & still failed

These are my finding:

I did added the required line but still my music is not continuous.
BGSOUND src="sound001.wav" loop="infinite"

I did tried using 'Word Pad' and I would advice DO NOT use it because
or question about Formatting and the program wouldn't exit! Using Notepad
is much better --- no problem did encountered.

Before I click Publish button I've to changed or modified the new file name so as
not to interferred with my working file in PP.

If I insert the music Icon to every one of my slides (just placed outside the
picture area) then music come out BUT the it start all-over or from the beginning.
What we all want is CONTINUENOUS music tune and infinite sound.

Lastly, I found no need to copy the music file as it is automatically saved it if
our original .pps show have music file or sound and my presentation came out
in fullscreen.

Regards,
Rino

P.S.// I also did changed by adding BGSound line code to both Fullscreen.htm
and Frame.htm --- but still my problem not fix. Please help me find the fix. ;o)

When you clicked on the link to my tutorial, did it open full screen, and
did you get background music? The tutorial tells you to use Notepad to make
your changes. Here is the link to Kathy's site that is broken in the FAQ

Default Bakground music not looped

Hello Michael,
I hope you can come back and check how I'm doing.
Oh boy! My success is about 75% only! I'm still looking the other 25%.
I tried everything I know and nothing could make the music repeat infinitely.

PEMBED SRC="http://www.url/sound001.wav" loop="-1"

I even tried loop=infinite

and good new! I used my HTTP sound file and it also works on your nice trick BUT I cannot make my music loop infinitely ;o(

Please tell me how you make your background music looped.

Note: My sound file above is invalid only on this example but the real thing works.

TIA.
Rino

I changed this:
| frameset rows="*,25" border=0 ----original
| frameset rows="*,25,1" border=0 ----changed
| and add this line at the end but just before /html:
| frame src=playsound.htm title="Sound" name="SoundSpot"

| When you clicked on the link to my tutorial, did it open full screen,
YES and
| did you get background music? YES The tutorial tells you to use
Notepad to make your changes. YES, but I used Word Pad first
| then I switch to Notepad which is better and you're right all the way.
Here is the link to Kathy's site that is broken in the FAQ
| Thank you! --- will let you know soon.

| | Hi Michael,
| | I think I found a minor error in red:
| |
| | BGSOUND src=“Love Is Blue.wma"loop=infinite
| | BGSOUND src=“Love Is Blue.wma" loop="infinite"
| | I did tried both & still failed
| |
| | These are my finding:
| |
| | I did added the required line but still my music is not
continuous.
| | BGSOUND src="sound001.wav" loop="infinite"
| |
| | I did tried using 'Word Pad' and I would advice DO NOT use it
because
| | or question about Formatting and the program wouldn't exit!
Using
| Notepad
| | is much better --- no problem did encountered.
| |
| | Before I click Publish button I've to changed or modified the
new
| file name so as
| | not to interferred with my working file in PP.
| |
| | If I insert the music Icon to every one of my slides (just
placed
| outside the
| | picture area) then music come out BUT the it start all-over or
from
| the beginning.
| | What we all want is CONTINUENOUS music tune and infinite
sound.
| |
| | Lastly, I found no need to copy the music file as it is
automatically
| saved it if
| | our original .pps show have music file or sound and my
presentation
| came out
| | in fullscreen.
| |
| | Regards,
| | Rino
| |
| | P.S.// I also did changed by adding BGSound line code to both
| Fullscreen.htm
| | and Frame.htm --- but still my problem not fix. Please help me
find
| the fix. ;o)

| | Can we post using Rich Text just to show emphasis?
| | I knew many NG are using it & because nowadays everyone
are more
| capable --- they're using the same computers & software we're
| | using
| | Using Plain Text will always hold our progress --- delay
