Default OL2002 Using 1.2GB RAM and Pagefile

I have a user on OL2002 who suddenly started having the
following problem.

When he starts Outlook, it takes several minutes to load
during which time swap usage slowly increases until it
hit 1.2GB or so. His machine has 640MB of RAM, so this
leaves his machine unuseable because the HD is thrashing.

I have searched high and low for a way to solve this and
have come up empty. So far we have ensured that the
machine is virus free, tried running with his antivirus
disabled, an Office repair, and a full removal and
reinstall of Office.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Doug

Solved it by deleting outcmd.dat.

Thanks to Milly Staples for the answer! Found it in one
of her other posts.
