I downloaded the time and billing template but somehow seem to have managed
to unclick the "Show getting started when this database is opened. And , of
course, I've not had a chance to watch the video! Can anyone tell me how to
get that window back?
Thanks.

Look for the startup form, open it in design view. Look in the code modules
to find the startup property. Once you've found it, delete the property and
you should be able to review the video.

Are you sure you're talking about the Time and Billing Access 2007 Template or a different one?

In any case, two ways to help:
1. Go to the Navigation Pane and you'll see a table called Settings. One of the two fields in that
table is called "Show Getting Started." Set that boolean field to true and re-open the database.
2. In the Navigation Pane, just double click on the form called "Getting Started." That should open
it right up for you.
