Can outlook 2007 be loaded onto a netbook?
If the netbook is Windows based, then yes, you can install Outlook on it.
If you only have an installation CD but CD/DVD drive in your netbook (which is quite common), simply copy the contents of the CD/DVD to a USB stick or other portable media by using your main computer. Sharing the CD/DVD drive from your main computer over the network is possible too but might be more complicated to you and slower (especially over a wireless link). -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Netbook Newbie" Netbook wrote in message ... Can outlook 2007 be loaded onto a netbook?
I tried to install Outlook 2003 to a Dell Mini netbook by copying to flash stick or plug in hard drive - and it wouldn't work - it was successful when I bought a plug in external disk drive and ran the disk
