Outlook 2007 Unable to send images in E-Mail
I am running Outlook 2007 on Microsoft Vista Business and whenever I attempt
to send a E-Mail that includes a screen capture the intended receiver indicates that the images show up as a red box with a x in the upper left hand corner. Most of these people are utilizing Lotus Notes Version 6.5 and 8.x If I send the same message from another computer running Outlook 2003 or Windows Live Mail running on Microsoft Windows XP Professional everything works as planned and the images are visible. I am using SnagIt Version 9.x on both computers to capture the images and place them in the E-Mail. Microsoft is stumped as to why this is occurring and searching the Internet has provided numerous links to people having the same issue but no conclusive resolution. |

Outlook 2007 Unable to send images in E-Mail
I spent about 1.5 hours on the phone with Microsoft and still cannot get a
resolution. Outlook 2007 - If the image is "Pasted" into the E-Mail then the Lotus Notes E-Mail Client displays the red box and the image is not visible, We tried capturing the image on the computer that has Outlook 2007 with both SnagIt Version 9.x and Microsoft OneNote 2007. Outlook 2007 -- If a image is inserted into the E-Mail message then the Lotus Notes E-Mail Client can properly see the image. This however requires that the image be saved to a intermediate file which is not the desired solution. From other E-Mail Clients (Microsoft Live Mail) on the same machine as Outlook 2007 everything works as planned. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ "Robert Willis" wrote in message ... I am reviewing some information that I located on some other websites in the hope that it will lead to a final resolution. Thanks for the information. |
